24. Magnífico Mexico!

Mexico City is helping me end the year. My Mum and I traveled to the cultural and historic capital of known for it’s Spanish conquerors, tasty dishes, national plazas and welcoming atmosphere. A Condimento breakfast arrived as we were staying at the Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel.

First day, we visited the UNESCO Heritage Site Teotihuacan, Plaza de la Constitución, Angel of Independence, Paseo del la Reforma. For lunch, we stopped into a local eatery where the barbacoa tacos were absolutely amazing! Then the Museo de Arte Moderno and the Frida Kahlo Museum captivated the rest of the afternoon.

Dinner was at one of the world’s 50 best restaurants, Enrique Olvera’s renowned - Pujol.

The next two days consisted of Formula 1 fun at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez motorsport race track. 

To end the night, my Mum and I took a taxi over to Licoceria Limantour to say hola to Stefano and friends.
