Pandemic Pause

Starting to wonder how the travel industry will be affected by the coronavirus crisis. The international airlines, numerous hotels, local attractions, destination restaurants and tourism driven countries will have to reshape their plans to maintain revenue in order to make the first quarter of the year. This will of course alter staff positions and shift focus to the most important departments at a company. I can see the insurance companies benefiting from this shortly. Regarding the consumer though, the elements of travel including funds, destination, length of time and sense of adventure may soon have a new meaning. We will all be thinking about things in a different way.
